Additional couples
or singles sharing the above units will be charged $45.00 per
day double-occupancy fee, plus daily grounds fees. There is a
$75.00 pet deposit in the guest units.
For Annual site holders, registered guests may stay with you up
to 7 days per year in your unit with no charge. A fee of $5.00
per day per couple or single will be charged thereafter. An
annual resort pass will also be required for any
stay exceeding 21 days. (See Manufactured Home Lease, C-2.)
Day visitors at your site are not charged a fee; however, should
they choose to use the grounds facilities they will be charged a
reduced fee of $10.00 per day per couple or single.
Minimum three-months reservation for a designated lot is
required. Management will assign sites for reservations made for
less than a 3-month period.
Minimum deposit of $190.00 is required for reservations with the
balance due upon arrival. Deposit held towards the last month’s
occupancy. No refunds or credits on unused fees.
