BODY CONTACT: Public contact is limited to simple expressions
of affections. Discrete application of sun tan lotion is not
considered to be inappropriate.
CAMERAS: Pictures cannot be taken in public areas of the park
without approval by management. No person, clothed or nude, will
be photographed without his or her expressed agreement.
Authorized photos for publication must have signed consent forms
from identifiable persons. This includes photo phones, cameras
or any digital imaging equipment.
CLOTHESLINES: Are permitted provided they are retractable and
must be taken down on the same day of use.
CLOTHING: Is required at all times when you are on top of your
RV or residence and when using tall ladders that will expose you
above the fence line.
FIREWORKS & OPEN FIRES: Are prohibited in the Resort unless at
a Resort function.
GOLF CARTS: Golf carts are permitted within the Resort.
Gas-powered carts must have a 4-cycle engine with a quiet
muffler. All Golf Carts are required to have operating
headlights, tail lights and be driven by a licensed driver.
HOLDING TANKS: Cannot be emptied on the ground. All Holding
Tanks connected to the Resort sewers require a sewer donut or
screw-on connection and sewer hoses that do not leak.
INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR: Offensive or illegal behavior will not
be tolerated and can be grounds for expulsion from resort at the
discretion of the management. Such behavior includes, but is not
limited to abuse of alcohol, use or sale of illegal drugs,
violent or aggressive action, abusive language and overt sexual
activity.
KITCHEN FACILITIES: In the Clubhouse not for public use.
PARKING: All vehicles must park off the road and be on your
site or in storage, except for loading/unloading in a timely
manner.
PETS: Pets are to be on a leash at all times, however can run
free in the field, if responsive to voice command. Owners are
responsible for picking up after their pets immediately,
including on your site. Excessive barking is prohibited. Pets
must be kept off lawns and on the pavement when walking on a
leash. Pets are not permitted in the common areas.
QUIET HOURS: From 10:30PM to 8:00AM.Exceptions will be made for
special Resort Functions (Summer construction or New Year’s Eve
Party). Mowing (electric or gas) is not allowed on Sunday.
RESIDENTS: This Resort is intended and dedicated for occupancy
by persons 55 years and age older. See office personnel fro
details.
SINGLE POLICYS: In order to maintain a reasonable balance, new
Annual Pass Holders are limited to 5% of current guests for
their respective gender. No one will be given a tour of the
resort unless eligible to be an Annual Pass Holder.
SITES: All RV sites are back-ins with full hook ups. Walking
across occupied sites is strictly prohibited. Driving across or
parking in an unoccupied site is also prohibited. Any damage to
septic system or other resort property is the sole
responsibility of the party causing the damage. Contact the
office immediately when such damage has occurred
SITE OCCUPANCY:
RV SITE: Each is designated for one RV, 2 adults and one car
or truck. The 300 Row may have 2 vehicles. Annual RV site
holders can have a shed or enclosed cargo trailer instead of a
shed (size TBD) and landscape their site.
MOBILE HOME SITE: Each is designated for one mobile home, 2
adults and two vehicles. Mobile Home site holders can have a
shed or enclosed cargo trailer instead of a shed (size TBD) and
landscape their site. Golf carts and motorcycles are exempt.
PARK MODEL SITE: Park Models will be on designated sites
only. Special rules apply.
SITE COST SHARING: By individuals of Mobile Homes, Park
Models or Recreational Vehicles on an Annual Site will be
permitted provided the cost-sharing party meets all Sandpipers
Annual Resort Pass Holder requirements and pays all applicable
fees. Cost-Sharing Agreements to be approved by the Board of
Directors of Sandpipers Resort, LC.
ANNUAL RV SITES: Annual Site Holders may release their sites
to the Resort for guest occupancy when no other sites are
acceptable or available. The Annual Site Holder will receive
one-day credit extension on Annual Resort Pass and Site
Agreement for each day their site is occupied.
OCCUPIED RV’s IN MOBILE HOME SITES: Will only be allowed
when all Resort sites are full. Site Holder’s permission and
management approval is required. Applicable day fees apply if
using the facilities.
SOLICITING: Absolutely no soliciting.
STORAGE: All other items such as boats, trailers, canoes,
additional automobiles, etc., will be placed in storage. Storage
sites are paid in advance and assigned by the office. Storage is
for Annual Resort Pass Holder use only.
SWIMMING POOL AND HOT TUB USE: Use of the swimming pool or
hot tub is at your own risk. There are no lifeguards. No
swimsuits or clothing are allowed in the swimming pool or hot
tub. All persons are required to shower with soap before
entering either pool or hot tub to remove all lotion/oils. Any
resident, visitor or guest with open wounds is prohibited from
using the pool or hot tub. Diving, running or horseplay is not
allowed.
FOOD, BEVERAGES, SMOKING AND RADIOS: Glass containers are
strictly prohibited on the pool deck, hot tub area and in the
Pavilion area. Liquid containers of any kind) and smoking are
prohibited around the rim of the hot tub, the edge of the pool,
inside the hot tub or inside the pool. Personal radios are to be
used with earphones when in the pool area, except for authorized
park activities.
CHILDREN: All children under the age of 16 must be
supervised by at least one adult, while in the swimming pool and
hot tub area. Children under 12 years of age are not allowed in
the hot tub. Children not potty trained must wear rubber pants.
TOWELS: All residents, guests and visitors are required to
sit or lie on a towel when nude. Towels or other belongings
cannot be left on chairs or lounge chairs when the owner is not
in the pool area. Beach towels are available in the office for
rent or purchase.
TRAFFIC: Speed limit is 10 MPH. Bicycles and golf carts are
included. Pedestrians and bicycles have the right-of-way.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Trash must be bagged, tied and placed in the
dumpster provided. Cardboard, aluminum cans, magazines and
newspapers are recycled. Containers are provided near the
dumpster. Please flatten boxes and place beside the dumpster.
Contact the office to arrange for disposing of large items.
VISITORS: To respect the security and privacy of our guests and
residents, visitors MUST check in at the office. Visitors must
be hosted by a resort guest and will not be admitted without the
guest’s approval. Guests must inform the office in advance of an
expected visitor’s arrival to simplify entry. The gate code is
NOT to be disclosed to any visitor.
Scheduled resort activities have priority in the use of the
facilities. Please see the manager to schedule individual street
parties, etc.
By entering the Sandpipers Resort, you agree to abide by these
rules. If you have any questions concerning these rules, please
contact the management. It is your responsibility to know and to
understand these rules.
